These Terms & Conditions apply to all website design and related services provided by Prime Website Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”), owned and operated by Rakesh Yadav (Proprietor), Plot No. 11-A/2, Kh No. 1617, Vikas Nagar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059, India. By using our website or placing an order with us, you (“the client”) agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
We design and build websites for businesses, including one-page websites, multi-page business websites, e-commerce websites and Shopify stores. The exact features of each plan are listed on our Website Design Packages page. Anything not listed in your plan is outside the scope of that plan.
2. Prices and What Is Included
- One Page Website – ₹899: 1 page. Hosting is not included and costs ₹1,199 per year.
- Starter Plan – ₹4,999: up to 5 pages, 6 months free hosting.
- Standard Plan – ₹6,999: up to 10 pages, 6 months free hosting, 1 business email, 30 days free maintenance.
- Advanced Plan – ₹9,999: up to 15 pages, custom design, 6 months free hosting, 1 business email, 30 days free maintenance.
- E-Commerce Plan – ₹13,999: 10 pages + 30 products, cart and payment gateway setup, 6 months free hosting, 1 business email, 30 days free maintenance.
Prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown on the invoice. We may change our prices at any time, but the price agreed when you place your order will not change for that order.
3. What Is Charged Separately
- Domain name registration and renewal
- Hosting for the ₹899 plan (₹1,199 per year), and hosting renewal for other plans after the free 6 months
- Extra pages, extra products or features not included in your plan
- Paid themes, plugins, premium images or third-party tools you ask for
- Payment gateway charges and fees of third-party services
- Ongoing SEO work such as keyword ranking and link building
We will always tell you the cost of any extra item before we start work on it.
4. Payment Terms
- ₹899 plan: 100% payment before work starts.
- Other plans: 50% advance before work starts, and the remaining 50% before the website goes live.
- The website will be published on your domain only after full payment is received.
- Payments can be made by UPI or bank transfer. We will share the payment details with you on WhatsApp or email.
5. Delivery Time
Delivery times are counted from the day we receive your complete content (text, logo, photos and other details) and the required payment:
- One Page Website: 48 hours
- Starter: 3–5 days
- Standard: 8–12 days
- Advanced: 10–15 days
- E-Commerce: 15–20 days
Delays in sending content, feedback or approvals will extend the delivery time.
6. Revisions
Each plan includes 2 rounds of revisions on the design before final approval. Changes requested after approval, or changes that go beyond the original scope, may be charged separately.
7. Client Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate content and have the right to use all text, logos and images you send us.
- You are responsible for the legality of the products, services and content shown on your website.
- You must keep your login details safe once the website is handed over.
8. Ownership
After full payment, you own your website’s content and design. Domains we register for you are registered in your name. Themes, plugins and stock images remain subject to their own licences. We may show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
9. Hosting, Domain and Third-Party Services
Hosting, domains, email, payment gateways and other third-party services are provided by external companies. We are not responsible for their downtime, price changes or policy changes. If a hosting or domain renewal is not paid on time, the website or domain may stop working, and the provider may delete the data.
10. Maintenance and Support
Plans that include free maintenance cover bug fixes and minor updates for the period stated in the plan, starting from the go-live date. Support after that period is available on request at a separate cost.
11. SEO and Results
Our websites are built with an SEO-ready structure. However, search rankings depend on Google and many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic or number of enquiries.
12. Cancellation and Refunds
- If you cancel before we start work, we will refund 100% of the amount paid within 7 working days.
- Once design work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable, because our time and resources have already been used on your project.
- Domain, hosting, paid plugins and other third-party purchases made for your project are non-refundable once purchased.
- If we are unable to deliver your project for reasons on our side, we will refund the amount paid for the work not delivered.

13. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of business, profit or data.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
